ICEBERG LETTUCE: This outstanding Iceberg Lettuce will provide lovely crops all Summer long. The dense hearts of our Iceberg Lettuce have plenty of crunchy flavours, making them ideal for Summer salads. With good resistance to tip burn, bowling and mildew, this superb variety stands well in good condition. A compact summer crisp head lettuce with good standing stability. Resistant to leaf rot and highly recommended.

NUTRITIONAL VALUE: The iceberg lettuce is a good source of beta-carotene and vitamin A. When in the body, beta carotene converts into vitamin A which is good for eye vision and eye health as well as helping the body to maintain a good immune system.

INDOOR AND OUDOOR: The lettuce iceberg thrives in room temperature with direct sunlight making it the perfect vegetable to start of growing indoors. Once the heat outside gradually increases it can then be renovated to the home garden outdoors if desired.

PLANT CARE: When watering the plant be sure to use room temperature water in order to ensure the roots do not get shocked. In addition, make sure not to overwater or underwater the plant as it can have a dramatic impact on the plant.
