How long does delivery take?

Our plant delivery typically takes between 2-3 business days after dispatch for standard orders, or 1-2 business days for express shipping. This does however depend on your location and the availability of the plant species.

You'll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched. If you're in a remote area, delivery may take a little longer, but we ensure all plants are shipped in optimal conditions for freshness.

How fast do you process orders?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Mon–Fri). We’ll email you when your order is on its way.

Do you offer same day or next day delivery?

Yes, we offer next day delivery on select items and locations. If you need your plants urgently, simply choose the express shipping option at checkout. 

Next-day plant delivery is subject to availability, so we recommend placing your order early in the day.

What are your delivery costs?

Free UK delivery on orders over £40. For orders under £40, the standard delivery fee (2-3 business days) is £5.95, and £8.95 for express shipping/next day.

We’ll always display your total delivery cost before you pay.

Do you accept international orders?

Unfortunately, no. We only ship within the UK. Live plants are subject to international biosecurity rules that require phytosanitary certification and inspections in the destination market. We don’t currently provide this documentation, so we can’t accept international orders for live plants.

What if my plants arrive damaged or stressed?

Yes, we provide a plant health guarantee! If your plant arrives in less-than-perfect condition, we offer a hassle-free replacement or refund.

Simply contact us within 24 hours of receiving your plant with a photo and your order number, and we'll ensure you're satisfied. Our top priority is delivering healthy, thriving plants to your doorstep.

What is your customer satisfaction guarantee?

We are committed to 100% customer satisfaction. If you're not completely happy with your plant purchase, we offer a hassle-free return, replacement, or refund policy.

Whether the plant arrives damaged or doesn't meet your expectations, our team will work quickly to resolve the issue to ensure you're satisfied with your order.

We aim to respond to all inquiries within 24 hours Monday to Friday, ensuring your concerns are addressed quickly and efficiently. Enquiries over the weekend will be responded to the next working day.

What happens if I receive the wrong plant?

In the rare event you receive the wrong plant, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo.

We will send the correct plant as soon as possible and arrange for a return or keep policy for the incorrect item.

Our goal is to ensure you receive exactly what you ordered, and we will resolve the issue swiftly.

Can I return my plants if I changed my mind?

Due to the perishable nature of plants, we generally do not ask for returns. If you have any concerns about your order or your plants, please reach out to our customer care team, and we will work to resolve any issues you may have promptly.

Can I return non-plant items (e.g., tools, containers)?

Yes, unused, non-perishable items can be returned within 30 days of delivery in their original condition/packaging. Please contact us for return instructions.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive and inspect the return (or confirm an issue), refunds are usually processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
