PROLIFIC YIELDS: Producing long, elegant, glossy fruits of large, dark purple aubergines with a delicious flavour. When the plant reaches 30cm, we recommend pinching the growing tip out to encourage bushier growth.

PERFECT FOR COOKING: Great for soaking up flavour, aubergine compliments stews, curries and salads. Tasty on their own when baked, grilled or barbecued to add some flavour to vegetable based dishes.

HOW TO GROW: Aubergines can be grown outside in a sunny, sheltered spot with well drained soil. For best results, we recommend growing in a greenhouse or polytunnel!
