MAGNIFICENT BRUSSEL SPROUTS: Grow Your Own Brussels Sprouts! 'Brigitte' is a lovely variety. Thanks to continuous breeding work striving for a better, sweeter flavour, this modern hybrid has a superb flavour that sets it apart from other varieties. Our Brussels Sprout plants produce a heavy crop of medium-sized, firm button sprouts that will retain their excellent quality over a long period.
A MARVELOUS ADDITION TO COOKING: The perfect addition to any homemade dish not only because of the tasty flavour and nutritional benefits they provide, but also because of the bright green colour they add to the dish.
NUTRITIONAL BENEFITS: Brussel Sprouts are high in vitamin K which is required to prevent blood clotting and is good for the health of bones. Additionally, they are high in vitamin C which can promote iron consumption helping the body with immune function and tissue repair.
