CORIANDER PLUG PLANTS: Quick-growing, dual-purpose annual herb grown for its seeds or fresh young leaves (often called 'Cilantro'). This antioxidant-rich herb has many culinary uses and health benefits including, lowering blood sugars and help fighting infections making it essential in our everyday diets.

GREAT FOR COOKING: The young leaves of coriander can be finely chopped and added to curries, sauces, chutneys and salads. Coriander seeds are delicious in cakes, and when crushed add an orangey flavour to meat dishes. We recommend using coriander to garnish any dish!

INDOOR AND OUTDOOR: Can easily be grown indoors in your kitchen or outdoors in the garden. Ideal for pots, containers on the patio or even on a windowsill! Plant in well drained soil and full sun for best results, coriander will tolerate a bit of shade in warmer summer months.
